Fixed an issue causing Players to fall into a bottomless pit of despair when attempting to take a dip in the pool. Because of this LinuxGSM provides a download to only the files required to run the server. This greatly reduces the file size and prevents the client from being used. After investigating this issue, it was found that it is possible to run a server with most of the client files removed. Fixed an issue causing live matches to crash. This made it difficult to distribute and create a CoD4 server. Fixed an issue causing additional placeholder images to appear in various Store Bundle previews and/or purchases. Fixed an issue allowing Players to respawn via buy back with part of their original Loadout.

This upgrade will not affect pure server, and will not affect your ability to join or host multiplayer games with version 1.0 players.
Fixed an issue causing instability when typing non-ASCII characters (eg: ©, ®, ™, ∅). This update will bring any supported version of Call of Duty 2 up to version 1.01. 
Fixed an issue causing instability when pressing the Xbox home button twice while in-game. i got round it by enabling 'sound mixer' in disabled devices on the sound card and it worked first time. Fixed collision issues with various elements across Caldera allowing Players to exploit/peek/shoot through them. Re: call of duty 4 (PC) Punkbuster problem : communication error PnkBstrB.exe failed i have done that mate, i had a problem with 'iw3mp.exe has stopped working' initially but that because my on-board sound was realtek and it was having issues.
